(3) Click the OK button to exit the Delegate Permissions dialog box.
(2) It’s optional to check the options of Automatically send a message to delegate summarizing these permissions. And then specify access permission for the other folders separately. (1) Click the box behind a folder name, such as the Tasks, and select one access permission from the drop down list. Step 4: Now the Delegate Permissions dialog box comes out. (1) Click to highlight the Exchange user name you will delegate access permission for Step 3: Now you get into the Add Users dialog box, Step 2: In the popping up Delegates dialog box, please click the Add button. Please get into the Exchange account to show the Delegate Access option. Note: If you cannot see the Delegate Access option, probably you are not locating in the Exchange account. Step 1: Click the File > Info > Account Settings > Delegate Access.
